David Carter

President

David Carter is serving his third term as chapter president. A sixth round draft pick in 1977, Carter played nine years as offensive lineman and deep snapper with the Saints and Oilers (1977-85). An All-American at Western Kentucky University, Carter was inducted into their Athletic Hall of Fame in 1996. In addition, he played two seasons of college baseball as a catcher and designated hitter. » more

Charlie Davis

Vice President

Charlie Davis is a former NFL defensive tackle in the who played for the Pittsburgh Steelers, the St Louis Cardinals, and the Houston Oilers over a six-year career, after being drafted by the Steelers in 1974. Davis played college football at Texas Christian University.

Leesa Foster

Secretary

A former Derrick Doll, Leesa joined the organization as its Secretary in 2011.

Carel Stith

Treasurer

Carel is a former Oiler. Carel played his college football at Southern Cal.
